How do reservations work?

We are pleased to announce we have partnered with Resy, streamlining our Reservation process.

Click the “RESERVATIONS” button and enter your reservation details. You will receive an immediate email confirmation via Resy.

Due to excessive special requests, we are unable to accommodate everyone’s wishes for specific tables. We will do our best but it is becoming nearly impossible to grant them all.

We are currently not taking reservations for parties larger than 8 guests. If you need assistance using our Resy (reservation) system, please call 828-692-0062 ext 1. Someone will respond within 24 hours. This line is no longer staffed during office hours as the Resy system works 24 hours a day.

Please note we are closed and cannot respond on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Can I bring my own food, dessert or bottle of wine?

Yes, you may bring desserts or wine for a fee. Dessert is charged at $3/person. Wine corkage fee is $20/bottle.

Is there food offered on the Rooftop?

Our rooftop is open seasonally and weather permitting 4:00 PM on Fridays and 3:00 PM Saturdays and Sundays for adults 21 and over to enjoy drinks and converstaion in a relaxing outdoor environment. No dogs. No children. There is a full service bar that includes 24 taps and most of the cocktails offered on our other 2 levels. At this time we do not serve or allow food on our Rooftop.

I've heard Shine is a high-energy and fun dining experience. Do you have a private or quiet area?

For those who prefer to dine in a quiet environment or for a special/low voice occasion or discussion, we suggest you request to be seated in the front of the restaurant, perhaps in a booth with cork-lined walls or under the acoustic clouds. And it is always calmer early in the evening. Dinner service seating begins at 5:00pm.

"We just love this place! Been here a few times now, and each time the food is great. The menu is pretty unique, but so far we haven't gotten anything we didn't like. I love that it's right in the middle of Hendersonville. They have a rooftop, but definitely make a reservation ahead of time if you want to sit up there (I think it's only open in the summer). Don't leave without getting a dessert!"
